Eligibility: This site is intended solely for Users that are at least Thirteen (13) years of age. Use of this site by anyone under 12 is unauthorized and in violation with these Terms of Service. Users under 12 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian to use this site and the parent or guardian of Users under the age of 13 must consent to these Terms of Service and cause the Users under 13 years of age to abide by these Terms of Service. Warranty: RITE Advantage, LLC warrants that any product sold by the seller is confined to the descriptions located on the seller’s website, advertisement, brochures, and the product itself. RITE Advantage, LLC shall have the right to replace any defective product within 30 days of purchase stated in the return policy. If the defective product is returned within 30 days of purchase, the product will be returned to RITE Advantage, LLC at the cost of the customer, and a new product will be delivered to the customer at the cost of RITE Advantage, LLC per the terms stated in the return policy.

Unsolicited Submission: Any ideas, feedback, or comments sent to RITE Advantage, LLC will become property of RITE Advantage, LLC and can be used in any way RITE Advantage, LLC pleases.
Returns: All sales are final. To prevent returns, please check the system requirements for our products. Refunds will not be accepted for system requirement errors. Our policy states that a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be acquired prior to any returns or refunds. A refund will be issued only under the following conditions: (1) UNOPENED, UNREGISTERED, software may be returned within 30 days of purchase with an RMA #. (2) Customers must obtain an RMA # BEFORE shipping the product back. There will be NO returns accepted without this number. Product will be shipped back at the customer’s expense to RITE Advantage, LLC. (3) NO refunds are given for opened products. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. RITE Advantage, LLC will not accept returns for opened software. However, if the software is defective, or damaged, RITE Advantage, LLC will be happy to do an identical product replacement within 30 days of purchase as long as the product remains unregistered. RMA # must still be obtained for defective/damaged products. There will be no replacements given for products that have already been registered. Software must contain ALL original material, pamphlets, etc. Products are subject to a 10-25% restocking fee. RITE Advantage, LLC can only accept returns/replacements for software that is purchased through our website www.RITEAdvantage.com. Software must be received and processed before refund/replacement can be issued. It may take up to 4-8 weeks to process. RITE Advantage, LLC reserves the right to disable any product keys issued to you in the event of a return/replacement. RITE Advantage, LLC also reserves the right to deny the return/replacement of a product.
Rights and Permission: Illegal use of products sold by RITE Advantage, LLC is not permitted. Reproducibility of products sold by RITE Advantage, LLC is NOT permitted. Permission to use products sold by RITE Advantage, LLC is granted only to customers of RITE Advantage, LLC.
Payment: Personal checks and credit/debit cards are acceptable methods of payment. Our terms are payment in full at the time that the order is placed. Prices listed on our site are for the products only. There shall be a fifty dollar ($50) charge for all dishonored checks. All goods will remain the property of RITE Advantage, LLC and will not be shipped until RITE Advantage, LLC receives payment in full. We reserve the right to terminate any future orders to customers whose payments have not been received. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are not included in list price. All prices listed on the RITE Advantage, LLC website are non-negotiable.
Communication: Several e-mails are listed in our queries and are located in our “Contact Us” section. These should be used to communicate with RITE Advantage, LLC.
Force Majeure: Neither party is held responsible for failure to perform any obligations under any agreement that is caused by the events that can not be controlled by any involved parties, including but not limited to an act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, unforeseen events, or any man-made eventuality outside of our control, that will cause termination of the agreement or any contract entered into. Any party affected shall contact and inform the other party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with any terms and condition of any agreement contained within.
Shipping: All items are shipped at the lowest reasonable shipping rates unless special instructions are received stating otherwise in writing from the buyer. Shipping rates will be added to the cost of any product purchased. Product arrival dates are selected and displayed at the time of purchase. RITE Advantage, LLC keeps all shipping information confidential. The products listed for RITE Advantage, LLC are shipped out within 1 to 5 days of purchase. Shipping options are presented at the time of purchase.
Indemnity and Release: By using this site or purchasing products from this site, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold RITE Advantage, LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and contractors, harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, demands, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising from and related to or created out of your use of the information, products, and services provided by this site, the violation of these terms and conditions, or any intellectual property infringement by you or your agent.

RITE Advantage, LLC has the right to refuse service at any time. RITE Advantage, LLC has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of all contents and cannot accept responsibilities for any errors contained herein. Furthermore, RITE Advantage, LLC assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from this site.

Cancellation Policy: Maximum 24 hours notice is required on all cancellations. Cancellation notification is required by e-mailing to RITE Advantage, LLC. We reserve the right to charge a $30 fee to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. If the product is processed and shipped out before cancellation, buyer must abide by the terms stated in the return policy.
Miscellaneous: Please avoid storage of product in extreme temperatures as this may damage disc. RITE Advantage, LLC is not responsible for consequential, incidental, direct or indirect damages from defect, failure or error to perform. The products of RITE Advantage, LLC are sold “as-is”. Any replication of this product is prohibited. Products must be used in accordance to applicable laws and regulations. As a customer, you own the media but RITE Advantage, LLC retains the title to the software. Terms and conditions are subject to changes without notice. All products are tested but not guaranteed to work on all systems. This product is meant for educational purposes only.
Miscellaneous: These Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You hereby agree that any cause of action you may have with respect to the site must be exclusively filed in the federal or state courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and waive any objection based on forum non-conveniens. As a condition of using this site, you agree that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this site and products sold by this site shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. If for any reason a court competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, or any portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect. By purchasing a product from RITE Advantage, LLC, you, the customer, agree to the terms and conditions, privacy policy and return policy stated by RITE Advantage, LLC. You, as the customer, will be receiving a registration code via e-mail after purchase is processed. That registration code can only be used on a single (1) computer. One registration code per software. Registration codes are monitored, and illegal use or sharing of registration codes are prohibited. Consequences of violating the terms will result in legal action to the full extent of the law.
